				Video: Cropping To crop the video: Click on the cropping tool in the Toolbar. Drag a rectangle over the video. This crop rectangle controls what will appear in a snapshot, image dragged from the Image Drag Well in the Toolbar, and exported video. To set an exact crop rectangle size and location, double-click on the crop tool in the Toolbar and set the size and location in the text fields of the crop dialog. To move the crop rectangle, hold the Option key while clicking and dragging in the crop box. Note: Using the cropping tool is different than using the Crop effect. Once the Crop effect is applied, all future effects will apply to the cropped area of the video. The cropping tool does not impact effects; it allows you to limit which part of the video you want to export or use in snapshots.
